Meet Phil

After graduating from MSU, Phil Colbert trained at the top restaurants in the Springfield area, including Clary’s, Bijan’s and Ocean Zen. In 2007, he opened his own business, Happy Chef Catering Co. Phil and his beautiful wife, Lacey, have three children, Evelyn, Jack and Mason. When Phil isn’t in the kitchen you can find him running, cycling, rock climbing and spending time outdoors with his family.

During a tasting, we’ll help you choose your menu, accommodate family members and friends with special food or dietary restrictions and build a plan that fits both your style and budget.
